ZipLabor Users should e-mail WebSite to Report any Problems with the WebSite or to report Abuses. Demander are prohibited from submitting an Illegal Task and must have a Legal right to Complete the Task. Inappropriate words and Discriminative Comment are Prohibited. Violations of ZipLabor Rules and Policies will result in the Removal of User from the ZipLabor WebSite.
Once a Task has been Bid upon, Demander and Performer should Communicate directly with each other. Prior to this time, all contact between Demander and Performer takes place through the WebSite. Bids by Performer are sent via email by the WebSite to Demander.
Demander and Performer are Prohibited from Posting Personal Identification information in Form areas not so designated (i.e. email address in Task Description). Such violations results in Users Removal from the WebSite and possible Legal repercussions. Testimonials are submitted directly into the WebSite database upon Completion of Task. The DataBase is kept out of the range of Web Robots and Spiders to Protect users email address and other information from Spammers. ZipLabor rejects all email that originates from sites that don't have reverse lookup on their IP Address.
