Demanders FAQ

Question: How is Task Price determined?

Answer: Demander sets Ask Price when a Task is Registered on the WebSite. Ask Price is based upon Demander expectations and anticipation of Performers acceptance to Complete the Task. Ask Price may be Increased by Demander after Registering.

Question: What are Responsibilities of Demander?

Answer: Demander must submit all the Task details when Registering. Demander is required to provide Accurate Information. Demander must accept Performers Bids timely (within 24 hours) or Bids are automatically withdrawn. Demander must confirm Acceptance and Completion of Task to the WebSite. Demander is under a Legal Obligation to pay ZipLabor and Performer. Demander should respond to questions submitted by Performers.

Question: What happens if Demander e-mail address is Inoperable?

Answer: If the WebSite emails a Demander and email address in not active, Demander and their Task will be Removed from the ZipLabor WebSite. ZipLabor offers No Refunds. Task is considered Completed.

Question: Can I post my e-mail address and phone number on the ZipLabor WebSite?

Answer: Demander must put submitted information in the correct Form field. Some of the submitted information can be viewed by all Users. Demander should not put Personal identity information in These Form Fields. Demanders violating this rule will have their Task removed from the WebSite.

Question: How can a Demander Submit a Testimonial?

Answer: Demander can submit a Testimonial upon Completion of the Task. When submitting this form, Demanders will have an opportunity to evaluate the Performer and the ZipLabor WebSite, and write a Testimonial. Your Testimonials will be immediately posted on the WebSite.

Question: Can Demander specify what Organization should receive Benefit for Demander Posting a Task with ZipLabor?

Answer: Yes, Demander dictates which ZipLabor Organization will receive Royalties by using the Royalty zip code field on the Registration Form. ZipLabor Organizations are paid one-half of the Task Fee collected by the WebSite. Organizations and their Groups Objectives can be viewed on the WebSite.

Question: When is Task Fulfilled?

Answer: Task Fulfillment happens when Performer submits a Bid and Demander Accepts Performers bid to Complete the Task. Upon notification to the ZipLabor WebSite of acceptance of Bid by Demander, the Task is no longer Searchable on the WebSite.

Question: Can Demander change Task Details?

Answer: Yes, Demander may change Task details anytime prior to acceptance of Performers Bid. Once Accepted, any changes to Task Details should be approved directly by Performer. Demander and Performer must try to persist and come to meeting of the minds.

Question: What does it mean “to Pay a Performer outside the WebSite?

Answer: Paying a Performer outside the website means that the Demander has given Performer an additional Task to Complete after Demander and Performer has reported the original Task Completed to the WebSite. Demander must Submit the additional information to the ZipLabor and Performers must concur.

Question: Does ZipLabor accept snail mail payments?

Answer: No, Demanders may only pay the ZipLabor with Credit Card or bank debit card with credit card insignia. Rejected Credit Cards, results in Demanders Task being removed from the ZipLabor WebSite.

Question: What does it cost to Post a Task on the WebSite?

Answer: ZipLabor charges $1 for every $4 paid the Performer plus a $2 fee for processing a credit card plus applicable taxes (which currently is $0).

Question: Is there a Minimal and Maximum Task fee paid to ZipLabor?

Answer: Yes, Demanders pay a Fee to ZipLabor for posting their Task on the WebSite. Task Posting fees have a minimal of $10.00 and maximum of $100.00. ZipLabor also charges a $2.00 transaction fee to process your Credit Card payment. The transaction fee and the minimal fee applies to each and every payment to the ZipLabor.

Question: Does ZipLabor charge the Demander a fee for Credit Card and/or Debit Card Use?

Answer: ZipLabor charges a fee to process each and every payment to the WebSite. The fee is called the transaction fee. The transaction fee is $2.00 for each payment required. Demanders increasing ask price results in another $2.00 transaction fee.

Question: When does Demander pay ZipLabor and Performer?

Answer: ZipLabor is Paid by Credit Card when Demand Registers a Task on the WebSite. Demander pays Performer upon Completion of Task. Demanders may pay Performer with US Dollars or any other reasonable means acceptable by Performer.

Question: Can Demanders use Performers information (i.e. use references for email list) for any other uses?

Answer: No, Demanders have no rights or privileges regarding Performers information. Performer information is provided to Demander to Complete the Task, and can not be used by Demander for any other purpose.

Question: Why does the Demanders submittal of Task details have to be so specific?

Answer: The Task Details are used by Performer to Evaluate the Task and determine if they can Complete the Task at the Ask Price. The Task Details form the basis of the Agreement between the Demander and Performer.

Question: What is Period of Time a Task is listed on ZipLabor?

Answer: A Task is listed on the WebSite from day of Demanders Registration until the leaser of fulfillment date or expiration set by Demander (up to 60 days). The Demander can adjust the number of days Task is Posted on ZipLabor WebSite by submitting the Change Task Registration Form.

Question: What are Supplemental Fees?

Answer: Supplemental Fees are imposed upon Demanders who don’t follow Rules and Procedures of the WebSite. Supplemental fees do not apply to most Demanders. Demander agree that Supplemental fees Paid to ZipLabor are as follows :

Question: Is Demander under a written Legal Agreement upon Registering a Task?

Answer: Yes, upon Registering a Task on the WebSite, the Demander enters into an Agreement. Demands must pay fees and comply with terms of the agreement. The Legal Agreement also bounds Demander with Performer at time of Performers Bid is Accepted by Demander.

Question: Does Demander get a Refund if the Fulfillment time expires before the Task is Fulfilled?

Answer: No, ZipLabor does not give Refunds. Prior to the Task expiring, Demanders are allowed to change the expiration date (up to 60 days from Task Registration date) for no additional fee. If Demander has not received Bid from Performer, perhaps the Task description needs modifying or the Ask Price needs to be increased.

Question: What if Demander discovers Performer reference is not Substantiated?

Answer: Demander should not allow Performer to Complete the Task. The Task needs to be unfulfilled on the ZipLabor WebSite. Unfulfilling a Task is performed by the WebSite Administrator. Demanders should inform ZipLabor via email of details and the Task will be ReRegistered by ZipLabor.
