Question: Who are ZipLabor Users?

Answer: ZipLabor Users are Visitors and Registered Demanders, Performers and Organizations. Demanders of Tasks, Performers of Tasks, and Organizations that promote the ZipLabor WebSite. All Users of the ZipLabor website agree to hold the WebSite harmless for any and all of its actions.

Question: Who are ZipLabor Demanders?

Answer: Demanders are individuals or businesses that need to have a Task Completed. Demanders determine how much they will pay and who will Complete the Task.

Question: Who are ZipLabor Performers?

Answer: Performers are individuals or businesses who are Qualified to Complete a Task. Performers must Register with the ZipLabor Website and renew their Registration every 90 days.

Question: What are ZipLabor Organizations?

Answer: Organizations are Qualified groups/associations that help promote the WebSite. Most Organizations are Local Community Volunteer Groups. Organizations are the only marketing/advertising means the WebSite uses. ZipLabor want to associate with Groups that encourage the Development of Youth in their Communities.

Question: Why did you develop this WebSite?

Answer: ZipLabor recognized a need to Efficiently and Effectively bring together people with Tasks needing done with people Qualified to Complete those Tasks. ZipLabor was developed to Solve this Problem. The WebSite does this at a Low Price and uses a Grass Roots Marketing Program than Benefits all Communities.

Question: What happens if a User submits Bad (unacceptable) or controversial Language or an Illegal Task?

Answer: The User will be Removed from the WebSite. Individuals responsible will be tracked and penalized. ZipLabor will take appropriate action and will notify the appropriate authorities. The National Security Hotline was established to curtail this kind of Internet Abuses. The WebSite needs its Users help detecting offenders. Contact the ZipLabor WebSite immediately if you discover any abuse. Informing the ZipLabor WebSite of Users violations will help maintain the integrity of WebSite.

Question: Would you give me some direction in choosing a Password?

Answer: ZipLabor passwords must contain between 8 and 16 characters. PassWords must start with a letter and can contain letters, numbers or an underscore. Don’t make Password Users name. Use Passwords that are not easily guessed or cracked and should not be in Dictionaries. Passwords should be typed with Both Hands. Don't forget your PassWord or you will not be able to communicate with the WebSites Database.

Question: Is all Email addresses Submitted to ZipLabor Confidential and Secured?

Answer: The ZipLabor WebSite uses an encryption method (TLS) which renders intercepted emails useless. ZipLabor makes efforts to stop piggybacking of email and uses a mail refractor program. We will never ask you for personal information (i.e. credit card number) via email, so only supply information though the WebSites Secure Forms. ZipLabor never sends attachments and the WebSite Server software gets regular updates and unused services are disabled.

Question: Are Users assigned a Unique Identity by the ZipLabor WebSite?

Answer: Yes, Registered Users are assigned a Unique ZipLabor WebSite seven digit number when Registering. The Combination of this Number, the Users Computer Name and the Users PassWord is used to Identify the User. Demanders number is used to identify their Task. Performers Unique Numbers are used by Demander to Identify potential individuals to Complete their Task.

Question: What if a User Registers and never returns to the WebSite?

Answer: All users Registration expire with the Passage of Time. Tasks expired after the time period set (up to 60 days) by the Demander. Inactive Performers are removed from the WebSite after 90 days and Organizations must renew every six months. All Registered Users can remove themselves from the WebSite at any time.

Question: What is a Mail Refractor Program?

Answer: Users cannot Register on the WebSite without a working email address. The WebSite uses a system that requires its users and their reference to have and maintain a Valid Email Address. Any user with an Inactive Email Address will be Removed form the WebSite.

Question: Does ZipLabor use ZipLabor Cookies?

Answer: No, ZipLabor is fully operational without the use of cookies. The WebSite currently does not use Cookies, but this is subject to change without Notice. Cookies benefit Users by making websites easier to operate. ZipLabor cookies can only be read by the ZipLabor WebSite and since they are text files, they can not transmit computer bugs and/or viruses.

Question: Can I create multiple accounts?

Answer: Demanders Yes, Performers/Organizations No. The WebSite uses a SQL DataBase Server which allows a single Computer to create Multiple Users accounts by utilizing a different user name and password combination. Users Name and Users Password combined with the ZipLabor WebSite Unique Number allows flexibility in the information SQL can Retrieve. All Forms are Submitted using these Three individualized fields. ZipLabor Organizations and Performerer can only Register once. Demanders with multiple Tasks or a need for multiple Performers must Register once for each Task/Performer they need.

Question: What happens to Tasks after they are Completed?

Answer: If Task Ask Price increases, Demander must submit the Demander Change Price Form to adjust the Ask Price. Both Demanders and Performers must acknowledge the Completion of the Task to the WebSite by Submitting the Completed Task Form. Completed tasks are then removed from the WebSite. ZipLabor is under No Obligation to reproduce any information to its Users.

Question: What happens to Testimonial that are sent to the WebSite?

Answer: Testimonials are immediately posted on the WebSite. Users Testimonials may be changed by the WebSite for clarification. All users are encouraged to inform the WebSite of any Abuse they Recognize. ZipLabor makes all determinations regarding how it operates.

Question: How are ZipLabor WebSite Users evaluated? Why? By Whom?

Answer: Demanders evaluate Performers and all Registered Users evaluate the WebSite. Evaluations are used to gauge Efficiency and Effectiveness. Demanders Evaluations are recorded in the Performers History Reports and reported when Performers bid on a Task. The rating system is from 5 for good to 1 for bad. The same rating system is used when Evaluating the ZipLabor WebSite. Users evaluate the ZipLabor website on Effectiveness and Ease of Use. The WebSite encourages all Users to use the Evaluations.

Question: Why is Registration information Important?

Answer: Registration is done by submitting a Form to the WebSite. The information submitted is part of the Legal Agreement the User enters into with ZipLabor. Accurate and Complete information is important, because the information is relied upon by other WebSite Users. After Registering, you should review your information on the WebSite and make any Corrections by using the Change Registration Forms.

Question: Can a User Sue the ZipLabor WebSite?

Answer: Yes, in the USA, as in most other modern Nations, anyone can sue anyone, however all Users agree to hold the ZipLabor harmless and agrees to pay ZipLabor’s supplemental costs, reasonable attorney fees and all costs related to any suit filed. WebSite ttempts to make all it Users winners and happy but, if a User sues ZipLabor or ZipLabor sues a user, the user loses. If you Do Not Understand . . . do not Register.

Question: Who must inform the Internal Revenue Service of monies being Paid?

Answer: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires that a Form 1099-misc be sent to Any Individual whom is paid more than $600 in a calendar year. ZipLabor will issue IRS form 1099-misc to Organizations. Demanders are required to report all income to the IRS and should check with their Tax Advisor.

Question: Does the ZipLabor WebSite charge Sales Tax?

Answer: The issue of how e-commerce should collect and remit Sales Tax is controversial and not uniformed from one taxing authority to the next. The ZipLabor WebSite currently does not collect or distribute sales taxes for any taxing authority. This Policy is Subject to Change without Notice.

Question: When is my Personal Information given to Other WebSite Users?

Answer: Your Personal Information is held in the ZipLabor Database. With the exception of Organizations information, your personal information can not be retrieve by any other WebSite users. The only way your Personal Information is seen by other users is if you give it to them. Performers Personal Information is given to Demanders when Performers Bid on their Task. Demanders Personal Information is given to Performers when Demanders asks a Perform to bid on their Task and/or when Demander accepts Performers Bid to Complete their Task. Organizations Personal information can be found by Searching for available Zip Codes.

Question: What do you do about Security?

Answer: The Website deals with two types of Security: Users personal protection; and Security of the system. All users of the website must have: valid contact information; enter into a legal agreement with ZipLabor; and have a Reference. All of these help add to the Personal safety of our users and we encourage all users to communicate with the References. The website is also responsible for the security of the system and the information its users Post on the WebSite.

Question: Does the WebSite use JavaScript?

Answer: Yes, ZipLabor use JavaScipt to enhance the Users experience on the WebSite and to validate Forms. The WebSite is completely functionable with JavaScript Disabled.
