Question: Why does ZipLabor have Organizations involved in its WebSite?

Answer: Organizations are used to inform local Communities of the WebSite. In exchange ZipLabor compensates the Registered Qualified Organizations. A Qualified Organization is a Local Group of People whose main purpose is to support the Community in which they live, not to make a Profit.

Question: Can a Girl Scouts Troop or the High School Drama Club be a Qualified ZipLabor Organization?

Answer: Yes, Organizations are required to meet the WebSite Qualifying Requirements. Organizations must be comprised of no less than 35 active members. The Organization must make 10,000 Impressions on Consumers every six months. Organizations must Adhere to its Legal Agreement with the WebSite, and submit the Registration Form. ZipLabor Prefers Organizations that use ZipLabor Royalty Checks on the Youth in their Communities.

Question: Does Organization have to be a Charity in eyes of IRS to be a qualified ZipLabor Organization?

Answer: No, ZipLabor Organizations do not have to be classified as Charitable/NonProfit Organizations by any Governmental entity. ZipLabor determines which groups it recognizes as Qualified Organizations. ZipLabor mandates its own Qualifications. Qualified Organizations must adhere to the Policies and Rules make by ZipLabor, and each Zip Code is Represented by only One Qualified ZipLabor Organization.

Question: Do Organizations monitor the ZipLabor WebSite?

Answer: Organizations have no Legal Obligation to monitor the WebSite for Abuse or Misuse. Violation of ZipLabor policies and rules is an Abuse. All Users, including Organizations should report any Abuses or MisUses of the Website.

Question: Does Organization enter into a Legal Agreement with the ZipLabor WebSite?

Answer: Yes, upon Registration, an Agreement is established between the Organization and ZipLabor. The Legal Agreement outlines Rights and Responsibilities of ZipLabor and the Organization. Prior to Registering, Organizations should Read and Understand the Legal Agreement, FAQ’s, and the How to's.

Question: What are Organizations Obligations to the ZipLabor WebSite after Registering?

Answer: Organizations must Inform the Community in which they Register and Represent of the WebSite. Organization pays for cost of all Promotional materials which it distributes. Each Organization commits to achieving 10,000 Consumer Impressions every 6 Months. A Consumer Impression is when someone has the opportunity to see or hear the ZipLabor name. Consumer Impressions can be Verbal or Written.

Question: There is less than 4,000 people in our community, how can we introduce the ZipLabor WebSite to 10,000 people every six months?

Answer: Organizations strives to achieve 10,000 WebSite Consumer Exposures every six months. One Consumer (person) can be Exposed to the ZipLabor WebSite many times. 10,000 Consumer Exposures are not the same as 10,000 people.

Question: What ZipLabor Forms are Organizations Required to Submit?

Answer: Qualified Organizations must Resister on the WebSite. Registration results in a Six Month Agreement between ZipLabor and the Organization. Organizations must Renew their Registration every 6 months by using the Change Registration Form and can submit a Testimonial using the same Form. ZipLabor Prefer for Organizations to wait until after received a ZipLabor Royalty Check before Submitting a Testimonial.

Question: Do you have a listing of all Organizations that are Associated with the ZipLabor WebSite?

Answer: Yes, the WebSite allows visitors to Search for Organizations by Zip Code. The Search Returns the Organizations Name, Objective, Contact information and the Zip Code they represent. The Search is used by Demander to select which Organization they wish to support and by potential Qualified Organizations to find available ZipLabor Zip Codes to Represent. ZipLabor Organizations can only Represent one Zip Code.

Question: What Promotional Items are Required of Organizations?

Answer: Organizations are Required to Promote the WebSite (i.e. make Consumer Impressions). The Methods used to make Consumer Impressions are determined solely by the Organization. Organizations can promote the WebSite verbally or in printed. Persistence is key, promotional ideas include: press releases to local newspapers; posting flyers; mentioning ZipLabor at all meetings; and word of mouth. Printing ziplabor.com WebSite on Organizations Newsletter is another acceptable method to Promote the WebSite. The Organization pays for all Promotional Costs.

Question: When does ZipLabor pay Organizations?

Answer: Organizations will receive ZipLabor Royalty Checks twice a year. Amounts paid Organizations are computed on May 31st and November 30th of each year. Royalty Checks are mailed to Organizations by first class mail (USPS, snail mail). ZipLabor controls all Accounting Procedures. Any Royalty Check less than $100.00 are forfeited by Organization to the ZipLabor WebSite. ZipLabor Royalty Checks are Void 90 days after Issuance.

Question: How much does Organization get Paid?

Answer: ZipLabor Demanders specify which Organization is credited when they Register a Task on the WebSite. Organizations are Compensated for activity in the Zip Code which they represent from date of Registration to end of Semi-annual period. Organization receives one-half of the ZipLabor Task Fees collected. Task fees do not include the $2.00 bank transaction fee or any nonstandard fees collected by ZipLabor.

Question: Can an Organization serve more than One Zip Code?

Answer: No, Organizations can Register for only One Zip Code. Organizations that represent or attempt to represent more than one Zip Code will be Removed from the WebSite. All Removed Organizations will Forfeit their Royalty Checks to ZipLabor. Organizations Removed from the WebSite loss all their Legal Rights. The Legal Agreement between the ZipLabor WebSite and the Organization will be voided at Option of ZipLabor. Organizations are not allowed to make Agreements between themselves. Any and all Deviations from the Norm must be Approved in writing by ZipLabor.

Question: What email will Organizations receive from the ZipLabor WebSite?

Answer: Organizations and their Contacts must have Valid Email Address. Organizations without functional email address will be Removed from the WebSite. All removed Organizations will Forfeit their Royalty Checks to ZipLabor. Organizations Removed from the WebSite loss all their Legal Rights. The Legal Agreement between ZipLabor and the Organization will be Voided at Option of ZipLabor.

Question: Who must inform the Internal Revenue Service of Monies being paid by ZipLabor to Organizations?

Answer: In the United States, ZipLabor will submit an Internal Revenue Services Form 1099-misc to the IRS for any Organization who receives more than $600 a year in Royalty Checks. A Copy of form 1099-misc will be addressed to the Organization with the Tax Identifications Number (TIN) used during the Organizations Registration. Organizations must submit a valid TIN or they will be removed from the WebSite.

Question: What happens when an Organization Removes itself from the WebSite?

Answer: The Organization is Completely Removed from the WebSite and any earned and unpaid Royalties are Forfeited to the ZipLabor WebSite.
