Question: How do I get a Performers Number?Answer: When a Performer Registers, the WebSite assigns you a Unique Performer Number. The Performer Number and Computer Name will appear on your screen and emailed to you and your Reference. Your Performer Number, Computer Name and Password are required for many functions on the WebSite. Do not forget your PassWord. You must Register before you can bid on a Task.
Question: What are Performers Responsibilities after they Register?Answer: Performers must know how to use the WebSite, how to Search for Tasks and must follow all its rules and procedures. Upon Registering, Performers are under a Legal Obligation.
Question: How does a Performer use the WebSite on a daily basis?Answer: Performer can Search the WebSite and review available Tasks. Tasks may be searched by locations (state, city, zip code) and/or by Task description and/or required experience/education. Performer should analyze Task information and evaluate the Ask price. Performer should then submit a Bid If the Task is one that Performer can Complete per the Demanders terms.
Question: If a Performer has ten years of Experience and a College Degree do they get Paid more?Answer: No, Performers with more Skills, Educations and Experience qualify for a different and possible a larger range of Tasks. Performers should detail all of their education, experience and accomplishments when they Register. The form fields limits the size of your response, but all available space should be used. Remember, the Demanders are comparing you against other Performers. The Ask Price is determined by Demander, if Performer concludes that Ask Price is not sufficient, Performers should not Bid on the Task.
Question: What if I have Military Security Clearance?Answer: Performer should list all Accomplishments when they Register. Your training may be submitted as Education, Experience or Accomplishments. Enter information in as much detail as possible and do not abbreviate on Performer Registration Form. All Form entries should be Complete and Accurate.
Question: Can Performer include their name and email address in the experience area on the Registration Form?Answer: Performers should enter the information asked for in each field of the Forms. Conveying personal information (i.e. phone number) in unspecified forms fields is a Breach of Contract. Violation of the ZipLabor rule results in Performer being Removed from the WebSite.
Question: How does Performer enter his Education on the Registration Form?Answer: All Information submitted to the WebSite is submitted by a Form. Performers should enter complete & accurate information into all Form fields. Demanders Search the WebSite to find qualified help. Performers should enter information that makes for an Efficient Search by Demanders. To increase Performers chance of being selected on a Demanders Search, Performers should be as detailed as possible.
Question: I don’t understand a Task I might want to Bid on. How do I get additional Information?Answer: Performers should never Bid on a Task not fully understood. Do not Bid on any Task that is not explained in detailed. The Performers Ask Question to Demander Form is used to ask Task related questions to a Demander. This Form can also be used by Performers to inform Demanders of errors/mistakes. Demanders respond to the Performers Question by changing the Task information on the Website.
Question: What are Performers responsibility after they Completes a Task?Answer: Upon Completing a Task, Performers are required to inform ZipLabor. This is part of your Legal Agreement with ZipLabor. The Performers Completed Task Form also allows Performer to submit a Testimonial and evaluate the WebSite.
Question: When Demander looks at Performers information, what do they see?Answer: Demanders can Search Performers and view Performers location, education, experience, and tools available. Performer Ratings, submitted by Prior Demanders are made available when Performer Bids on a Task. This information includes the number of Tasks Completed.
Question: If Demander doesn’t pay Performer will ZipLabor pay Performer?Answer: No, Performers are paid by Demanders when Task is Complete. ZipLabor does not guarantee payment to Performers. ZipLabor will aid Performer in collection by communicating with Demander and providing Performer with additional information which may accelerate Payment to Performers.
Question: How does Demanders Search for Performers?Answer: Demanders can Search For Performers by Location, Education, Experience, Tools Required and/or Performers ZipLabor Number. Upon Registration, Performers enter information into these form fields which is stored in the database. Performers input should be specific and complete and not abbreviated. Performers may change their information by using the Change/Renew Form.
Question: How does a Demander qualify a Performer?Answer: Demanders evaluate Performers by using information on the WebSite. The location of the Performer is important to the Demander, as is Education, Experience and Accomplishments. Demanders can review the Performers qualifications to determine if Performer can Complete their Task. Demanders may also qualify Performers based upon the Tools the Performer has available.
Question: How does Performers Rating work and what does this information mean?Answer: The number of Tasks Completed is included in the database. Performers are also evaluated and ranked by Demanders for which they have Completed a Task. Demanders rate Performers communications and task skills. The rating are complied on the database and made available to Demander when Performer Bids on a Task.
Question: Is Performers information reviewable by anyone besides Demanders?Answer: All Visitors to the WebSite may search for Performers. When a Performer submits a Bid, the Demander is given additional information about the Performer. Demander has right and responsibility to verify Performers References and other information. Demanders should report to the WebSite, any Reference which is not contactable or whose information is invalid.
Question: How is Task Fulfillment determined?Answer: Fulfillment happens when Demander Accepts Performer Bid to Complete their Task. By this point in time, there is a meeting of the minds between Demander and Performer. Fulfillment requires a Task, a Price, a time period and an agreement between Demander and Performer. When a Demander Accepts a Bid, the Performer is under a Legal Obligation to Complete Task to satisfaction of Demander.
Question: How does Performer know if their Bid was rejected?Answer: Performers Bids are automatically rejected 24 hours after it is Submited. Performers will be emailed by the WebSite if Bid is accepted. Only Demanders may accept Performers Bid.
Question: What are Performers Legal responsibilities after their Bid is Accepted?Answer: Performers must communicate with Demander, Complete the Task, and inform ZipLabor upon Completion. Performer must also comply with all State and Local Laws (i.e. Reporting your earnings to the IRS)
Question: Performer Completed a Task for a Demander. Demander offered Performer (who accepted) full-time Employment, what do I need to do?Answer: If the Task has not been reported to the WebSite as Complete, Demanders needs to adjust Ask Price to insure ZipLabor of its Fee . If Task has been reported Complete, Demander and Performer must submit the Paid OutSide System Form. This Form iform the website of additional money received by the Performer. If the Offer for full time employment is acceptable by you, Say YES, and tell their friends and family about ZipLabor.
Question: After Fulfillment, Performer discovers Demander is impossible to work with, what should Performer do?Answer: Inform Demander immediately that you can not Complete their Task. Demander and Performer should contact ZipLabor by email and the WebSite administrator will resubmit the Task and take appropriate actions. See Performer Legal Agreement.
Question: What should a Performer do if they are unable to Complete a Task that they Bid?Answer: Performer should immediately contact Demander if they cannot Complete a Task. Demander and Performer should contact ZipLabor who will resubmit the Task and take appropriate actions. The Performer could be financially liable to Demander for breaching the Legal Agreement.
Question: Performer Completed a Task, in Performers Opinion, but the Demander says it's not good enough and that Demander is not going to pay Performer, what should Performer do?Answer: Keep communications between Demander & Performer open. Refer to Task details and try to come to an understanding between Demander and Performer. Try to Complete the Task to satisfaction of Demander. All parties have agreed to enter into Legal Agreement with an open mind. Keep communications with Demander open. Demander and Performer should contact ZipLabor.
Question: Can a Performer unfullfill a Task?Answer: No, A Task is considered Fulfilled when a Demander accepts Performers Bid. Reneging on a Legal Agreement is a Breach of that Agreement. Performer should inform Demander immediately that the Performer cannot Complete the Task. Demander and Performer should contact ZipLabor.
Question: How many Tasks can Performer Bid on at one time?Answer: Upon Registration, Performers may bid on two Tasks per Day. Upon Completing a ZipLabor Task, that number is increased by one. After Performer successfully completed their first Task, Performer would be allowed to bid on three Tasks per Day. After two tasks are Completed, Performer may have 4 bids, etc . . . . Maximum bids per Day is 16 for seasoned Performer.
Question: When does Performer receive email from the ZipLabor WebSite?Answer: All Email from ZipLabor is important. Performers with undeliverable email will be removed from the WebSite. ZipLabor confirms Performers Registration and Demanders Acceptance of Bid with email. Performers and their References Email address may be changed by submitting the Change Registration Form.
Question: When can a Performer Submit a Testimonial?Answer: Performers submit Testimonials when reporting the Completion of a Task. At that time, Performers may also Rate the WebSite. The Completed Task Form includes Testimonial, Task Completion information and WebSite ratings.
Question: If Performer quite using ZipLabor, what happens to their Registration?Answer: Performers deciding that ZipLabor is not for them at the present time should Remove their Registration from the WebSite. Performers inactive for 90 days will have their Registration automatic termination. Performers must submitting the Change Registration Form every 90 Days to remain on the WebSite.
Question: Can ZipLabor sue a Performer?Answer: Yes, ZipLabor may sue any Performer who submits false or unverifiable information, Abuses the WebSite, breaches the Legal Agreement, disrespects ZipLabor rules & policies, or maliciously misuses the WebSite.
Question: What happens if someone under 18 years old Registers as Performer?Answer: If Performer is less than age of majority, it is assumed by ZipLabor that Performer has Legal Right to Complete a Tasks. Parents may be legal/financial responsibility even though they don’t necessarily agree in writing.
Question: Why does Performer have to submit a Reference?Answer: ZipLabor requires Performers to have a personal reference for Security. Performers should get permission prior to submitting Reference information to the WebSite. Reference cannot have same address, telephone number or email address as Performer. ZipLabor does not authenticate, verify or confirm references. Demanders have right and responsibility to contact Performers references. If references can not be contacted, Demanders should not accept Performers Bid and inform ZipLabor.
Question: How does ZipLabor Penalize Performers for not adhering to the WebSites Policies & Rules?Answer: ZipLabor can remove a Performer from the WebSite or reduce the number of Tasks that a Performer can bid. These penalties do not preclude any future Legal Action by ZipLabor or Demander against Performer. ZipLabor has Right to take Legal Action against Performers.
