The name of the City where Performer receives mail. Do not abbreviate. The WebSite provides to Demander upon Task Fulfillment.

State:

The name of the State where Performer receives mail. The WebSite provides to Demander upon Task Fulfillment.

Zip Code:

The Zip Code of where Performer receives mail. Five digit number required. The WebSite provides to Demander upon Task Fulfillment.

Email address:

ZipLabor works on an e-mail based system. Email address must be valid and remain operational or Performer Registration will be Removed from the WebSite. ZipLabor provides to Demander when Performer Bids on Task.

Primary Phone#:

Phone number with area code where Performer prefers to be Contacted. The WebSite provides to Demander upon Task Fulfillment.

Secondary Phone#:

Phone number with area code where Performer can be contacted. Can be same as Primary Phone Number.

Computer Name:

A name you refer to yourself as when on the computer. Must start with a letter and consist of 12-16 alphabetic characters or underlines. Computer User Names are Case Sensitive and no spaces are allowed. Users Computer Name is required for Performer to access and change information on the WebSite. Do not forget your Users Name.

PassWord:

Made up by you. Must begin with a Letter and consist of 8-16 alphanumeric characters. PassWords are Case Sensitive and no spaces are allowed. Password is required for Performer to access and change information on the WebSite. Good passwords are those that are a combination of alphanumeric characters which do not have any correlation to the user's personal information and can not be found in dictionaries. Do not forget your password.

Reference Name:

Performer must provide a Reference. The first and last name of Reference. ZipLabor provides to Demander upon Task fulfillment. ZipLabor does not verify References.

Reference Address:

The mailing address of Reference. Include suite/units number if applicable. Reference address can not be the same as Performer mailing address.

Reference City:

The name of the city where Reference receives mail. Do not abbreviate. The WebSite provides to Demander upon Task Fulfillment.

Reference State:

The name of the state where Reference receives mail.

Reference Zip Code:

The zip code of where the Reference receives mail. Five digit number required. The WebSite provides to Demander upon Task Fulfillment.

Reference E-mail Address:

Must be valid and operational or Performer will be removed from the WebSite. ZipLabor provides to Demander upon Task fulfillment. Demander are given right and/or responsibility to verify Performer Reference. References email address can not be the same as Performer email address.

Reference Phone Number:

Phone number with area code where Reference prefers to be contacted. ZipLabor provides to Demander upon Task fulfillment. References telephone number can not be the same as Performers telephone number.

Description of Qualifications:

This field is limited to 250 characters. Displayed on the WebSite when Searching for Performer. Performers use to tell Demander why they might be selected to Complete Task. Used to evaluate Performers. Helps Demander determine if Performer is Qualified to Complete Task. Performers Description may be refined by Performer prior to submitting Bid for emphasis of the Task. Performers description is used as part of the basis for the Legal Obligation between Performer and Demander and ZipLabor. Performers may not put Personal identity information (i.e. name, address, telephone number, email address or any other identifiable information) in this field. Performers violating this rule will have Registration removed from the WebSite. Only certain characters are allowed in this field. Education should detail all Degrees, Subjects/Fields, school name, area of study and highest number of years of education. Do not abbreviate (i.e. MA from SC) and be specific. Do not put personal contact information in this field, including personal information results in Performer being Removed from the ZipLabor WebSite. Only certain characters are allowed in this field. Enter the Industries, years of experience and job titles in this field (i.e. Automotive Sales, 12 years, Sales Manager). Include proficiencies of the Performer (i.e Operation of Cat D9200). Do not abbreviate. Do not put personal contact information in this field, including personal information results in Performer being Removed from the ZipLabor WebSite.
