ZipLabor enters into a Legal Agreement with all its Registered Users. The Agreements are used to specify the Rights and Responsibilities of the WebSite Users. The Legal Agreements outline User Duties and the repercussions of not adhering to those Duties.
Parts of the Agreements are reiterated in the WebSite Frequently Asked Questions, and Terminology. FAQ is a compiled list of Questions most commonly asked by Users. Users’ actions are addressed along with the WebSite Policies. How Tos’ describes to Users how to use the WebSite and its Forms.
Users Not Complying to the Rules and Polices will be penalized and potentially prosecuted. All information submitted to the WebSite must be Complete and Accurate. Users should read and understand the ZipLabor Terminology. Users should also familiarize themselves with all aspects of the WebSite prior to Registering.
Demanders Agreement: Demander must describe the Task in detail and provide a reasonable estimate of the time required to Complete the Task.
Performers Agreement: Performers must completely and without abbreviation specify their education, experience, tools and accomplishments.
Organizations Agreement: Organizations must be Qualified as described through out the WebSite.
